Our free plan includes limited features and is provided as-is without charge.

Paid Plans:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Lifetime deals are one-time payments with perpetual access
• Prices may change with 30 days notice for new customers

Refunds:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TESTIGATHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
